Sari for lining

Indian saris are so much fun to work with. I brought a few from a trip to India some years ago and since have used them for all sorts of purposes including lining and decoration of new bags.
 

Bracelets & Co.

I re-discovered string/bracelet-making and used bobbin-lacing with threads from some new type of sack.

Birdseed

Here is another way to re-use small nets: Bind birdseed with leftover fat and use the nets as birdfeeders.

New net type

These nets came to me from a visitor at the AWM event. They are trash from some industrial purpose and quite hard. I did not find the perfect second life for them, yet, but the apple bin and the bottle present bag seem like a good start.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Lavender for the cabinet

Found a new use for the garlic nets: Fill with lavender seeds against the moths in the closet.
